We are especially honored that our patients have referred so many of their friends and relatives to our practice. Established in 1984 as a family practice, our office takes care of adult, adolescent and elderly patients.

The center offers shared diabetes education in a group setting. Learn how to live with and control your diabetes from certified diabetic educators, nurse practitioners and doctors.
The Healthy Living Center also has a Diabetes Prevention program, Silver Sneakers exercise program, diet information, health educational handouts and other health related programs. Our newest program involves hypertension and congestive heart failure education which includes hands-on cooking.
Sports Medicine Care
Sports medicine includes acute and chronic care of activity related injuries and illnesses to include knee sprains, ankle sprains, shoulder pain, hip pain, etc. Most muscle related pain can also be evaluated and treated.
Every one of our physicians has completed extensive education and clinical training as well as specialized training in their area(s) of expertise. They are board-certified professionals who hold memberships and fellowships in many professional organizations. Driven to constantly improve their knowledge and the services they provide, our physicians frequently attend conferences and society meetings to learn about the latest advancements in the field and offer these techniques and technologies to our patients. In all of these ways and more, we are able to provide our patients with the highest quality of care.
The Importance of Patient Education
A key part of preventing a health care problem from progressing is being aware as to how they can develop. We strongly believe that patient education is an important part of the services we provide. In addition to talking with our patients during their exams, we have a ready supply of patient education materials such as brochures and information sheets in our office. We encourage our patients to read about their condition and ask us questions about how to stay healthy.
